Anyone try "Tylenol: Simply Sleep" sleeping pills before? Do they work...My sleeping schedule is usually from 2am-6am then 7am-11am or later.....EVERY SINGLE NIGHT.....I am gonna have a baby here in about a month...and I have a 5 yr old...I am wanting to get all 3 of us kind of on the same sleep schdule..like my son goes to sleep at 9pm, every night, and me at 10 or 11pm...and us both wake up at about 7 or 8 am every morning...I know a newborn really can't be put ona sleep schedule but then again I have never tried..(HAS ANYONE ELSE TRIED THAT?), I need to get my son on a good sleep schedule because he starts school in August 2007...and I want him sleeping from 9pm to 7 or 8 am every night to be a habit...by the time he is about to start school..

Okay...Im sorry but are all of you stupid?....The sleeping pills are for me...not my son...The thing is...my son won't go to sleep until I do...And as for Jdogg...My fiance works all day...so when he gets home he makes sure my son gets his shower, and then sends him to bed..and then goes to sleep himself...and I don't have 3 kids...I have a 5 yr old...and I am pregnant with my 2nd...Ya'lls are no help at all....and you assume too much..

Well, you can't give sleeping pills to your 5 year old. And you can't take them without having at least 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. And, you can't take them while your pregnant either. You might want to put your son to bed alittle earlier, because children that age need more than 8 hours sleep. My son is 7 and he goes to bed at 8pm and wakes up at 8:30pm. He usually watches a cartoon or something before bed though so he falls asleep around 8:30pm. You'll have to just figure out a routine for you and your son. Its unhealthy to put a newborn on a sleep schedule, because there sleep and feeding needs change around so much during the first couple months.

All they are is the active ingridents in Benadryl antihistamine combined with Tylenol. The antihistamine has the side effect of causing drowsiness, to a greater or lesser extent depending on the individuals.

It is cheaper to just buy generic Benadryl.

They can make you drowsy and help you sleep.\

But it is not appropriate to give them to your kid. What you need to do is just get on a routine and keep it.

Do not drug the child. The packaging even indicates it is not appropriate for children. Besides, any sleep inducing medication is for the purpose or medicating insomina not doping up your kid so they will sleep when you want them to.
