I suppose you could collect CO2, pump it into a greenhouse, and open a flower store. Some greenhouses do this to increase the yield on the plants they grow. Anyway it's not like CO2 is a big proven money maker. You breath it out of your mouth every time your lungs contract yet nobody has gotten rich from it.

Commerical applications of CO2 is very limited, compared to the production of CO2, and what's more, even most of those applications end up sending CO2 back into the air anyway, as with dry ice. The most valuable commercial use for CO2 that doesn't send it back into the air is for oil recovery in near depleted fields. It's a win-win business, because 1) more oil is recovered from marginal fields, and 2) the CO2 that is injected into the ground to drive the oil out stays there. It's called CO2 sequestration, one form of it anyway.
