There are always deviations from any general rule, but generally shoe size increases with height. It can also be a predictor of height in children. As my pediatrician told me, the feet grow first to hold up the body on top of them. So usually you will have a tall female with larger feet, and a petite female with small feet. But again, that is a generalization; you could find a tall female with very small feet.
