Im looking for ANY kind of reference to a meaning besides easter. So your saying all other languages that have Pascal in them are linked to Pascua in latin... damn.

The name "Pascal" is a French name. It means "Easter", but is ultimately derived from the Hebrew pesach "Passover" (via Latin paschalis).
Pascal is not used to translate Patrick, at least not in any language I'm familiar with. Pascuale is indeed the Spanish form of Pascal, but the Spanish form of Patrick is Patricio.

The Spanish translation for the name Pascal would actually be Pascual. Related to pascua or easter.

patrick would be Patrizio, not pasquale.

It comes from Pasqua - Easter. Pasquale means "of Easter"... so it is in reference to the jewish/christian holiday. As a name, it a typically Christian name.
Yes, Pascal is the french translation - could also be the Spanish one.
