Stupid question.... have you ever even been on a date or had a conversation with her? Or is this love really a sexual attraction. If it is the former, ask her to be exclusive and then plan something special and corny to tell her. I recommend renting "The Notebook", I personally thought it sucked but chicks seem to dig that bs. I had a crush before too. Like you, i didn't`t know what to do so i enlist the help of my good friends to bombard her with clues about liking her. Eventually she will know the answer.
But i suggest that you tell her yourself
