Alright buddy, you think that your tailbone is a "vestigal structure" from a previous tail that was once growing on your body... I will personally pay for you to have yours removed.
Oh and by the way, you might not want to do that... you see there are 6 very important muscles that attach to that bone...
we have a tailbone to attach those muscles to. If you believe that you came from a rock and then a monkey you have a harder belief to swallow than I do believing the Bible.

The gluteus maximus are attached to the tailbone and could not function without it, so much for the tailbone being useless.

There is no evidence of any kind that there is any such thing as a "breath of life." Just ask the people who are making clones...:)
Oh, and buckhouse -- NOTHING is a bigger stretch to believe in than the bible. Heck, even astrology, wacky as it is, is more believable than that idiotic, self-contradictory book where most of the myths came from the oral traditions of hebrew goat herders who made up interesting stories to tell around their campfires...

great question.
I do have to admit that I don't have an answer at this time.
I do know that creationists say that all mammals have one.
The appendix does have some purpose, however I forget.
I have to go back to that website again.
I read both the evolutionists and creationists websites and then form my opinion on life.
God Bless

appendix is also a great example. I had it removed. It was a pouch to store water. When we started storing water is was not useful. Now it go really small and makes you sick if food get stuck there. If you dont believe me i will show you my scar!!!!!!

Yeah, it's the bone at the end of the spine that's why they call it the "tail" bone, not because it's the remains of a tail. So what? Lame.

Just love how some ignoramus always brings up that stupid ape assumption. We are related to apes--not descended from them.
