First you have to prove that you have a job in Canada to the Canadian Government. Then apply and get a temporary work VISA. Apply for citizenship, in a year or 2, If you've kept your job, if they have continued to reissue your work VISA, and they haven't expelled you, they might allow you to become a citizen. (if your boss likes you and your references checked out - also you can't have a criminal record).
It isn't easy anymore.

Why don't your try the Canadian embassy or consulate in your town of residence and see if Canada requires any job opportunities like yours.

Being good looking doesn't help unless you plan on marrying someone soon.... or marrying a Canadian who may then sponsor you into the country.

You may have answered part of your question- find a man you like who likes you and either get married or move in with him.
