I've used WW twice and both times i lost weight too rapidly and burnt myself out and regained the weight-- the people who adopt it as a lifestyle change and stay with it without giving too much attention to short-term goals are the ones with the most success (in my limited opinion). Make your goal to be HEALTHY and the rest will come. That's the best thing. I know too many people who look like crap because they focused on weight loss only and didn't get the nutrients...

I feel that I am much less irritating at a more medium weight-so maybe it's more complicated than losing a few pounds. Otherwise I would think 4 lbs is safe

depends on your body, but I would say you can LOSE 5 pounds
