well, all the "bad guys" in the Jesus story got the fecal end of the stick since according the Bible and the Christians the story couldn't have happened in any other way. someone had to play the "bad guy" as per the script(ure) in Jesus' passion play.

if Christians were faithful to the story they believe in they'd be hailing Judas and the other bad guys as saints for without Judas, Pilate, the Pharisee etc playing their bad guy parts the Christians would have no human blood sacrifice in which to wash their sins.

Jesus was not omnipotent when He was on the earth Judas did it Jesus just prophesied because He already knew it was time and all the details about how He was going to die and be resurrected

No Judas was not framed. He was "used" according to the Divine Plan.
