Water. things with lots of water in them: esp vegetables. did you know celery is the only 'negative calorie' food? it takes more calories to eat and digest it, than it contains. course, most of us slather it with peanut butter...
but drinking your recommended amount of water helps. sometimes its easy to mistake thirst for hunger.

Hi. Back when I was trying to lose weight, I would always have whole cereals in the morning with skim milk and fruits. Raisins and canned fruits are ok. A bowl is all I need until I have my mid-morning snack of peanut butter on wheat bread. Yes, I know peanut butter is a bit high in fat, but most of it is monounsaturated and you get lots of proteins per serving. The fiber of the bread adds to the satiety. At lunch, I would have a serving of vegetables and rice, with diet soda or plain water. I would then have a second peanut butter sandwich at around 4o'clock which kept me satisfied until dinner. At dinner, I would have more vegetables with lean meat, or canned tuna in water with fat free dressing. The secret here is drink lots of water, or at least diet soda when you crave for something sweet. Doing this, I was able to lose about 30 lbs in 3 months. I was working out about 3-4 times a week, but there's no way you will not lose any weight with that. Anyway, if ever you reach your plateau, you can add some cardiovascular exercises to your weight loss regimen. What I did may be very hard for some people, but you can do it with the proper motivation. As you notice improvements in your body, you'll just keep on going until you've reached your goal.

A large plate of steamed vegetables, I always have a mixture of broccoli, asparagus and zucchini. But you need some protein and fat with it too. I have low-fat cottage cheese (half the container) a quarter of an avocado, and the veggies, and that's a good balanced healthy meal.
Another balanced healthy meal is an entire container of low-fat milk. (I drink goat milk.)
One more: egg whites, veggies, and some nuts.
These all work for me. I eat a lot of food, but I'm thin (my boyfriend says too thin!).

salad of course. Carrots have little calories, drink a glass full of water before you eat that helps too

This may sound weird, But ive found that many fruits fill me up quite easily, like a slice of juicy watermelon! Thats tasy, healthy, and fills ya up! :)
