If it is legal it is Ok. I know we are not used to such age gap but believe me many people even get married like that.
My friend is 23 and her fiance 34. They started dating when she was 18. I was totally against it but it ended up being good.

Well, that's 11 years difference. I mean if he was 40 and she was 29 - not such a big deal. But he could be just taking advantage of her immaturity and enjoying her energy as he heads into midlife. People change alot between age 19 and 30. It's hard to say - I mean hubby and I are 9 years apart and we think nothing of it. It could be okay - but probably not if it's just based on having sex, with no thought of commitment. He's then obviously being selfish and has no good intentions for her while all along she's thinking he's the answer to her life's dreams or whatever. Girls take these things much more emotionally than grown up men. Men can change partners like underwear when it's just based on having sex. Girls are all emotional. I'd have to know them to really know what's going on there.

Sounds like a lucky 30 year old taking advantage of a vulnerable teen (and yes, 19-year-olds are vulnerable), but she's over 18 so it's legal and there's nothing anyone can do about it, so no point worrying about it.

How about MYOB (Mind Your Own Business)? A 21-year age difference probably isn't going to make a viable relationship, and it's really none of your business what they choose to do with their off-time. I'm sure you've got more pressing matters to deal with at work. Good luck!

I personally think it is sick. But if the 19 year old is consenting, then i guess it's her life, she can do what she wishes. But i think the man is probably a sick pig. (He must have a lot of money or something)
But i guess i am also assuming that the girl is the younger one, it could be the other way around, which i also personally think is sick. But again, it is their choice.

Age is just a number, and as long as the relationship is mutual no harm done. Go for it.

it may be legal but it's not appropriate for the work place that's going against the harrassment policy. at my friend's job this guy got fired for sleeping with his secritary!! so if they get caught someone is getting fired!!

I think it really depends on their maturity levels. Age is just a number in the end.

As long as they are not having sex in the workplace and neither one is married, then it's really no one else's business what they do in their own time. That's my thoughts.

More power to him.
The 19 year old is going to be screwing SOMEBODY.
So why not the 30 year old?
I wish it was me.
