RamKrishna Paramhansa, was not a Karma Yogi but actually he experimented with all the paths of religion, be it Sanatana( it include Vaisnava, Tantrika, Shaiva, Brahma etc), Christian,Mohammedan etc and came to the conclusion that "every path is true to reach the Goal, whatever one takes to reach that" . This is the re-confirmation of the TRUTH already uttered in Srimad Bhagavat Gita or in Sanatana Religious Thoughts.

He made his mind to dedicate his life to Spirituality etc and to know what's the truth is? He got married only to make his SADHANA more perfect and power full. His wife spontaneously gave her full support to her husband's work.

To Ramakrishna, the whole world is a expression of Shakti, the Mahamaya or the Kali, his personal deity. So in all female figure he recognised the power of recreation or shakti or the Kali and his mind becomes a mind of BHAKTA not a mind of BHOGI.

KarmaYog does not mean doing on our day to day activities out of desire or instinct on a mathematical precision basis and lead a life bonded with petty desires. It means doing such Karmas which makes us bondage free and reach us to MOKSHA through the feeling of our inner self.

Your question is valid, but Paramhansa was not a karam Yogi..he was a Bhakta and he had reached so high on the path that he saw the whole world as Mother Kali.

His parents forcibly married him, but on the first night he called his wife mother kali....for such highly evolved souls, wordly karma has no value...they are beyond these duties

Paramhansa once worshipped a prostitute too, as mother Kali. Please read his life history completely then you will be able to understand his actions

thanks for the question

In the realm Ramakrishna was living in there are no relationships. All yogas are to reach that goal having reached there is no need to follow any particular path.
