There are certain sites which are offering software files for Tally 8.1. most of them file hosting like rapid share.

but as you know no download is free for tally. every download you get would be either for educational version which would allow you to check and learn the features of tally or pirated one. For business use you have to get the license.
But now tally has got its new version Tally 9 you can download this new version from Tally 's site. or you can find out more info at tally's blog at

There is no free download for Tally.

u can download original software using credit card,master card only
