It sounds like you are having symptoms of depression, and that once you are fully awake you may have some kind of guarding mechanism that comes into play. I would suggest seeing a counselor. Perhaps your school psychologist can help (if you are indeed in school, I can't tell by your post).
If you're no longer in school, I would suggest finding a counselor to undergo talk therapy and evaluate you for possible emotional disturbance.

I think we all have those mornings when you wake up feeling depressed. Try getting right out of bed....don't lie there and let emotions take you over and talk to someone to find out why you feel like "disappearing" and crying and hopefully they can help you resolve this issue. Good luck to you.

I hurt physically when I wake up. Maybe you need to eat some protein before you sleep or maybe there is something environmental causes your AM blues. Try taking fish oil supplements and b vitamins, but not at bedtime. They are good at relieving depression in general.

I go through that. I try to make it through my routine of a little breakfast and a shower faster. I dread the shower for some reason, but it almost always sets me straight.

that is a pretty horrible way to start your day...you could be pushing up daisy's as they say...try to tell yourself when you wake up, that it's just your morning state of mind, and maybe have an alarm clock that plays a happy song when you arise...have some coffee brewing and maybe you can start your day a bit better...

you need to see a psycho-pharmacologist (NOT a psychiatrist).
Possibly something that will repress your dreams (such as seroquel) could be in order, and maybe even an additional anti depressant such as lexapro or paxil.
You need to excersize daily, live in a clean environment.

Wake up with a woman.
That is the real issue and where you need to apply yourself.
