please am speaking in general,cause i am trying to insert my JPEG image 8 MB,and the required is under 250 KB.

Look for a "resize" or "scale" function in your graphics editing program. If your program doesn't do these functions, try this (it's free!):

The likely reason it is such a large file is because the resolution is so high.
You should try to decrease the resolution. You can try going to "stretch/skew" in paint and making the image smaller that might work.
I know how to do it in photoshop easily enough. If nobody else can help, message me
