Yes.
Your emotions are tied directly to your limbic system which helps to regulate your immunes system. If your emotions are depressed so is your immune system. Also, when are are worried, your body sees emotional stress the same as an actual physical harm and reacts the same way called the "flight or fight response" Your body gears up for a major expenditure of energy. This increases your heartrate, your immunes system doesn't function as well and actually has shown to decrease your life span.
Your emotional health is just as important or even more important than your physical health.

Your emotional state can raise or lower your blood pressure and heart rate. This can make you feel hot when mad-Vasodilation means your blood vessels dilate bringing more nice warm blood to the surface. On the other hand, sadness and depression can cause Vasoconstriction-exact opposite vessels constrict drawing blood back to the core of your body and leaving extremities cold.

Absolutely! The list of symptoms in regards to physical complications is far to extensive for me to list. Even something like "love" will increase a persons life expectancy, so you can imagine the physical complications it can cause by being heart broken.

Yes. Certain emotions put stress on your system, and when you don't release them (crying, yelling, laughing, speaking your mind, etc.) and you hold them inside, you subject yourself to prolonged periods of stress. This can lead to all sorts of illnesses. EXPRESS YOURSELF!
