I went to a football game-the Army/Navy game to be exact and even though there were a lot of male cadets-and I mean a lot, none of them hit on me-and I know I'm not ugly. Half of the time I couldn' t stare at them in the eye because I didn't want them to think I was some naive chick and think I was too deperate. Well, why even though so many males around-I mean a lot, not even one came up to me, or did anything to make notice him-to show a sing of interest? I looked cute, and I wasn't sleezy either.

Well, most guys have girls-and social time, and these guys are isolated half of the time because it's a military school, so as far as I know-from friends that go there, any chance they have to get a girl they do!

** Most of the time in events like this, they take a chance to find a girl-like I said, this is not your normal college where girls are everywhere-they are isolated from most, so they check girls out, and look around to find one in these types of events etc.

Discipline and manners. You also said that you would not look them in the eyes because you were afraid to be seen as naive or desperate...that could easily be seen as totally uninterested and who want to be rejected in front of all of your friends! There is a way to be seen as interested without it being sleezy or desperate. A friendly smile and short eye contact goes a long way!

army - navy game and you thought you were the competition?
WRONG.
the only way to get their attention when football is on is when it's on the t.v. and you are nek'ked in front of it.......and with an army - navy game, probably not even then.

Maybe you should've shown a little interest yourself. But, really, they were there to watch a game not pick up women. Mindset is completely different.

Well, first of all, it was a testosterone driven male bonding event of football-they didn't notice you. If anyone did, your lack of eye contact made them look away.

Vanity and an ego was your problem! They were there to watch the game, not pick up chicks! As hard as it may seem, it's true!

are you so full of yourself that you actually get insulted if some guy doesn't hit on you? I suspect it is your attitude that you aretoo good for them that did it.
