If so, are you slightly concerned, somewhat concerned, or extremely concerned?

Oh Yes I am extremely concerned. I know global warming is a constant feature and it happens naturally but the way we humans have induced temperature rise every thing especially wildlife will not be able to adopt to changes and many species will become extinct at a faster rate.

Poor countries will suffer the most due to fast changing climate. I think we all should do his own bit to stop this fast rise in temperature especially we should stop cutting trees / forest and emit less gases leading to green house effect thereby increasing the rise in temp.

Not much concern at all this is all a cycle that unfortunately some in our society have overdramatize for a varied of reasons, we have been going thru a period of increase solar activity for the last 12 years it has even melted most of the ice cap on Mars, now for all the alarmist out there do you think if the sun can have a affect like this on our closet neighbor it just might affect our planet also? It is amazing how facts and simple logic fails to enter in the global warming debate.

Yes, but only slightly because it doesn't mean what the enviros think it does. The planet always heats up like this before an Ice Age which some scientists think we're about due for.

Yea, I know that's not what we hear in the media but that just shows that on this issue as on many others, dissenting points-of-view have, excuse the pun, been frozen out.....

Why is it so important to our rulers that we interpret the climactic change that is (clearly) going on as Global Warming? Is there some advantage to them in our doing so? Or perhaps, they perceive some threat to them if we come to a different answer?

But no, that can't be true. If colossal storms bury the whole north of this continent under snowcover so heavy it starts to compact into glaciers under it's own weight, why they'll help us, right? The Bushes and their friends would open their hearts and their wallets to organize massive rescue expeditions to get us all out, right? Just like they did after Katrina......

And relocate tens-of-millions of penniless Anglos to Latin America; sure, they'll pay for that. They'd be happy to do that. After all, we're their fellow Americans and they care what happens to us.....

No, I'm not concerned. I'm more concerned about the quality of the air that I breathe and the water that I drink. The Earth's temperature has never been constant, it always fluctuates. Sometimes temperatures rise, and sometimes they fall. Now the temperatures are rising. No doubt this will not be good news for many species, but the world will not come to a catastrophic end as a result. Personally, having come from Hawai'i and now living in one of the coldest apartments in Kyoto, I welcome a warming trend. I'm spending way too much on heating.

I'm somewhat concerned although more so for weapons of mass destruction being used on large populations. We appear to have global warming although it is hard to determine if this is a natural occurance that happens every whatever number of years or simply man made. WMD on the other hand are being developed with the intentions to kill large numbers of people. My opinion.

Yes, I am extremely concerned. I am also extremely concerned about the related issue of the inevitable decline in oil production.
