i can't use diet pills or anything like that and i can't go to the gym or get a personal trainer. all i have is a tredmill and some palaties videos. can you help me lose the weight? also i have a medium body frame, 5'6'', and am trying get in shape for a formal dance coming up at school. please please help. nothing ever seems to keep the extra weight off!

O.k. I know this might sound annoying since you've probably heard it a million times, but burn off more calories than you consume by excercising. Also, don't stop eating because it's stupid. Use your treadmill (it's what I use), buy a pedometer to caculate your steps in what your burning. To find out how many calories you need to burn a day, first find your weight in kilograms ( your weight in pounds divided by 2.2) Then multiply it by 24. Next, assuming you don't do much excercise, but walk around the house a lot multiply it by .5 add it by the original product of the kilograms times 24. This is how many calories you already burn in a day. Now to lose weight you need to burn more than what you eat so do the math and figure it out! Good Luck!

P.S. Drink lots and lots of water. It helps hydrate your body, and it has NO calories so that's a plus =D

It's no good to lose weight too fast. The best is about 1-2 pounds per week. All you need to do is cut down your calories intake and eat health with 20-30 minutes execise per day. Good luck.

Go to the gym, circuit train, eat a lot of fiber (beans), and protein, and consume lots of water. Stay away from any white carbs (sugar, flour, pasta, etc). You should lose 2 to 5 pounds per week.

well start with diet first, cut down on carbs, eat more whole grain foods, try protein type diet, and drink tons of water. When you work out, work out for atleast 60 mins. You body must have at least 30 mins to break the threshold to start burning fat from you frame. Anything after that is straight fat burn. Eating whole grains also forces your body to work harder to break it down, there for increase your metabolism....that is the key thing to fat lost geting your metabolism up where ur body is always burning fuel(fat)
