about 2 months ago we broke up, now we are talking trying to work on things. But the thing is he started seeing another women, aout 2 weeks before. I do know that he is still sometimes talking to her. I do not think she wants to deal with him untill he calls it quits with us. When I ask him to move back home, he tells me we need to work on "us" some more. Is it just a ploy so he can see if the grass is greener on the other side? Also I have called it off with him, 3 times told him not to call me, that I was done with him. But he always calls and tells me he wants to work things out. Should I not just take his calls anymore?

This is nothing new. Guys do this even after a 71/2 year investment. Ask yourself if you are satisfied with where you are with him after investing all these years of your precious life. He has decided that you are the "fall back on girl" and that you are so vulnerable to him that you are not worthy of the respect you deserve. Invest no more time. He has proven himself untrustworthy, self centered, abusive, and of extremely poor character. Aren't you glad you are not married with kids? You are the one who needs to head out to greener pastures. There is too much dung in the one you are in now. Good Luck!

In my opinion, if you've been dating for 7 1/2 years he needs to ditch any other women in his life before even thinking about working it out between the two of you.

Yes. Cut it off. Unless you are enjoying the calls I would say what you mean and stick to it. IF you say you are not going to take his calls do it. After 7 years you should know if he is the right guy or not.

Just because he calls and says he wants to work things out with you doesn't mean you HAVE to accept his calls or accept working things out. You have to decide what YOU want and if it is acceptable knowing he is going to be playing games.

if he really wants to work things out with you, then he wouldn't be talking to the other girl. guys aren't that dumb,( i hope) he knows damn well that trying to work things out with you isn't gonna work with a third person in the mix. why complicate your life more than it is for a guy who is not taking you serious? girl, you've got your own problems. remember in the end , you make your own happiness, and you shouldn't leave it in someone elses hands.

nah. he's still trying to see if he can get to the grass on the other side of the fence. of course he's still holding on to you so he doesn't get cut off from ur pasture as well. lose the guy and find someone better.
