Choose your greens. Wash & drain. Tear into bitesize pieces. Add veggies & dressing of choice. Can add shredded cheese, deli ham/turkey or chicken strips, hard boiled eggs, croutons, really just about anything you want.

For a delicious, but not too healthy salad follow the next recipe.

Ingredients:
- One Lettuce
- Two corn cans
- Mayonnaise
- Sour cream
- Salt & Pepper

Preparation:
Cut the lettuce in small slices (1/4 of an inch) and put it in a big bowl. Open the corn cans and put it in the bowl. Pour the cream and the mayonnaise in a 1:1 portion, the amount will depend of lettuce size. Finally add salt and pepper or you can always add your favorite seasoning. Is very important prepare it at least 30 min before serving.

I don't see the question. If you want to know how to prepare a salad, then buy your lettece and other green, tomatoes, onion, and whatever you like. Wash them good and drain well.
There you have a salad after you add your salad dressing.
