Milky mints?

My friend and I visit this upscale diner couple times a month and they have the most delicous mints that they give you when you pay your check. Its a milky like mint that breaks down very quickly after being in your mouth for like 30 secs. Anybody know what kind of mint that is? and where I can get some.

there probably those Andes mints, usually they serve them at nice places, especially italian food, thats my guess though
