Wow, are talking about hair or penis size? Cause that would be awesome hair to have. Nice and thick. However, if you are talking penis, then.......maybe you'll find a skinny girl that is scared of a longer guy. Who knows? God made each of us the way we are for a reason..........

Several factors. Puberty, age, ethnic background, genetics. If your 10 then don't worry about it; if your 20 then worry. If this is flaccid however, then this is normal Since if your very small in the flaccid state; you'll be big in the erect state.
