Yes, it is a group where the members can never live up to the "leadership". Christians know this and it is an accepted and understood tenet of christianity. In a way it makes us christians,...hypocrits.
n. pl. hy·poc·ri·sies
1. The practice of professing beliefs, feelings, or virtues that one does not hold or possess; falseness.
We preach you must not sin, but with the full knowledge that we ourselves sin.
We say that you must be Christ like when none of us ever attain such a goal.
The Greek word hamartia (ἁμαρτία) is usually translated as sin in the New Testament; it means "to miss the mark" or "to miss the target.
That is where christians get their understanding of what sin is. None of can hit the mark and that is where our need for Christ comes in. Since only one sin in thought or deed can send you to hell, and you are born with a sin nature, this is why we need a Savior and why christians will be, this side of heaven, perpetually "hypocrits".
I'm ok with that designation. It reminds me of why I need Christ.

There is no sin in other religions. Only Christians calling other people sinners when they don't know them, which means they are judging others, Which is a sin that Christians don't know they are doing until it is too late. Then they have to ask for forgiveness. Its just one big sin circle for Christians. But in other faiths sin is not there. So to answer the question Christians are the only ones that sin. Man that's a weird thought now that I am done with all this.

Every religion , in fact the whole of humanity are sinners. My goodness you have a large paintbrush to tar that many people in one sweeping generalization. I do not believe my sins are any less or any greater than yours. I believe I am saved only through the grace of God through the perfect sacrifice of Jesus. I believe that when I received that grace it did not mean I could go out and continue in the life I was leading before. That would negate my request for forgiveness altogether. Sin is a choice and it is something we will all have to answer for sooner or later.

Everybody is a sinner, even you. You're no better than a Christian, Muslim, Hindu, whatever. Christians are suppost to sin as little as possible with the help of Jesus. FYI, you're judgeing all Christian and the Bible says not to. So see, even you just sinned.

Sin is predominant not only in Christians but in other religions and atheists as well. Christians believe that Jesus
paid the price of their sins with his blood on the cross but a lot of Christians mistook this as a continuous benefit to
those who believe in Him. The day we accept Christ should be the day we stop sinning. As you yourself have identified the verse; "Go & sin no more" So for those Christians who continue to sin after they have received
Christ, they shall be judged harsher than those who have
not found Christ. It's simple logic - if you do not know that you have committed a sin, you are still forgivable but if you already know it's a sin yet still commit it, then you deserve what's coming to you eg: reap what you sow

EVERY PERSON has sinned not just Christians. And yes all Christians are sinners, I may be the worst of all, but we are forgiven by the BLOOD OF JESUS, AND THE WORD OF OUR TESTIMONY!!
For anyone to say they do not sin is pride, and that comes right before the fall.
I am not ashamed to admit that I AM A SINNER. I thank God that I am not to proud to admit to sinning.
As for Jesus saying "go and sin no more" This is telling us we are to do our best to avoid sin, and when we slip, we can come to Him and HE will forgive us once again.

Everyone sins. If you believe in sin or not. What is sin is, is well just a bad thing. Killing someone is a bad thing. Slapping your mother is a bad thing. Stealing your bestfriend's wife while your on vacation is a bad thing. These are considered sinful. And yes it is a choice and it is original sin that gives us the tendency to Sin. We do choose sin. Don't you think about it before if your going to hit on someone's wife or husband? Don't you plan out a getover before you rob a drugstore? Don't you think before hand.

Sin is falling short of the Glory of God. Every human being falls in this category. The penalty of sin is death, which is a state we will all see physically. The gift of God is everlasting life, which is offered to all who believe on the only begotten Son of God, who shed his blood once for all. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins. All you have to do is accept this gift and repent. We will never stop sinning but we should desire not to sin.

sure for Christians yet specifically for Catholics like me, everybody are sinners. So the salvation are in believe God loves the way you're, and He supplies you a thanks to life who make you happier, in spite of what everybody can say about it, which includes oneself. you'd be a lot less sinner in case you save on with Christ, yet that does no longer advise you provide as a lot as be a sinner, because you're susceptible adequate to dedicate sin, no remember how close to will be of Jesus.

Because if they were already perfect and 100% pure, why would they need a spiritual path?
It is BECAUSE they have impurities, Jesus is the furnace that distills them from raw ore into pristine golden beings worthy of heaven and all its endowments
