Will i get a 6-pac by eating fibre or not eating fibre?

No. Fibre helps you err...do your business. Basically, it helps you digest the food you take in each day. However, it does not give you a 6-pack. Working out your abs will. Try doing sit-ups daily. The best way to build your abs is to do half sit ups where you stop in the middle and hold it there for 5 seconds. This doesn't mean you shouldn't have fibre though! You should have it daily!

What is a 6 pac and how is it related to fibre? What are you trying to ask? Need syntax revision.

Eating fibre won't help at all, you need lots of meat and supplements. Plus you need regular trips to the gym, sit-ups at home also help abit. Just don't forget vegetables...

err no...you need to eat lots of protein and exercise specifically to build the muscles there
