I've been so tired lately. I have no energy what-so-ever. My dietician suggested that I take calcium.
I don't know what's wrong. Whenever I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner I have to go to sleep. I just can't take a nap I will sleep for at least 6 hours straight. When I wake up, I'm still tired! I just lost 15 lbs. in a month due to my medication. Could that be it?

Get to a doctor and have your blood checked for diabetis, hypoglycemia, enemia, celiac etc.
your medication may have something to do with your condition as well.
Make sure you bring your prescription to the doctor so it is known what your taking.
