CPK is an enzyme which is related to muscle tissue injury, and there are three different types tested for .CPK-1 (also called CPK-BB) is concentrated in the brain and lungs ; CPK-2 (also called CPK-MB) is found mostly in the heart and CPK-3 (also called CPK-MM) is found mostly in skeletal muscle. A level above about 250 is considered to be abnormal and the reason for its presence would need to be discovered unless you already knew or suspected the injury- like a heart attack, or a head injury. The treatment would be obviously to treat whatever the injury was, but there is usually not a lot you can do to repair damaged tissue in the brain or heart.
Levels of CPK can also be raised through exercise, and weight lifters, and athletes in training sometimes do have higher than usual levels detected, usually accompanied by muscle soreness from the muscles being damaged or stressed. In this case, the treatment is to back down on the exercise and to eliminate the stress on the muscle to stop damaging it. There isn't any dietary treatement because it isn't something you do or don't eat- it's an enzyme produced by the body in response to muscle damage. There isn't a medicine to drop the levels because it is only a symptom, not the actual disorder. If you have had elevated levels detected, you need to discuss this with your doctor further.

CPK is an enzyme that is related to muscle damage. There are several isoenzymes of CPK, so without further information, it would be hard to say. For example, there is a cardiac isoenzyme CPK, that when elevated, indicates cardiac muscle damage, usually from a heart attack. It's hard to say for sure what to do to bring your CPK levels down without knowing what the causative agent is - is it cardiac, is it related to muscular dystrophy, etc.

The fact that during all these tragedies our country is constantly going through, people still find it in themselves to help others instead of getting themselves to safety. The fact that even though there are all these terrible people killing others there's even more people that make people's lives better. I hope that eventually those people will influence the world just enough to end the needless killing and get everyone to help the world become a better place.
