another laptop? I've been checking email on two separate accounts on two laptops, but now I need to travel with only one for 10 days, I'd like to access my mail from one of it perhaps aving the other on a disk or CD with me (in pst files?). Any easy ways of doing this? I need the addresses more than some of the threads, but not all my contacts are in my addressbook, and that's wy I want to look up from the last emails. Thanks to all answerers.

Since you're using outlook, saving your emails off as a PST file is the best way. Then on the laptop that you're taking with you, you can just open the PST file as a personal folder. good luck.

no longer a 100% sensible about abode windows Mail (have not used it yet) yet maximum mail apps allow you to to pull and drop messages and contacts. Make a folder on your human being computer, open it, bypass into your inbox, choose all and drag/drop or replica/paste the e-mail messages into the folder, it really is going to create a gaggle of .eml or .msg archives. Then drag and drop into the different software. Contacts will be finished a similar way. you would possibly want to doo each and every folder seperately ie. Inbox, despatched products, Deleted products, Contacts, and so on.
