I haven't injured myself in any way but today i noticed tingling in both my pinky toes, and then it went away. That was a couple hours ago. Now my right leg, from the calf down is tingling non stop. It feels like it went to sleep or something. That whole "pins and needles" type feeling. What could be?

This sounds like you've got some nerve damage in the lower back. You mush have twisted over the last few days or did something to hurt yourself. The nerve here goes into the right leg, if it goes into the toes it usually means the nerve. You'll have to see a Neurologist and get some CAT scans or MRI scans to see what's going on before it gets worse.
