Maybe you should qualify that by saying "SOME Jews". In fact, many Jews in Israel also support that homosexual event. Many people who call themselves Christians also support it. -yk

Just like Christianity, Judaism is also severely fragmented into sects. Not all Jews in America believe the same thing, let alone between American Jews and those in other countries. A good example is pre-Soviet Union. America Jews were anti-communist, but under the Czars, they were pro-communist, backing the revolution against the Czars.
Of course they learned later what meddling in politics can bring about.

I am supportive of homosexuality My brother is one and I ive in Israel so I think that makes me capable of answering all your points FYI I am straight. They DID have a pirade what you read was that at first they wanted to parade on the sabbath through the most religious area of Jerusalem where it is forbidden for a woman such as me to enter in pants, So you see we had 2 extremes and can you imagine what a horrible confrontation there would have been. For sure blood would have been spilt. The police got the parade organizers to agree to an open area and it was in the vicinity of Hebrew University

News Flash! The jews who live in America and the jews who live in Israel are different people! Israel is a country in another part of the world, with its own government and everything. They can do what ever they want to.

Why would Jews be supportive of homosexuality...Bible says its an abomination, right in the Torah part.
Could be a bit of a generalization there, pal.
But I'm sure by the time you get to this answer you have heard that like what, 7 times or so??

Because you are talking about two different types of Jews.
The religious decry homosexuality as an abomination. The liberal non-religious want freedom for all sorts of diseased performers of despicable acts.
And this is true both in Israel and abroad.

" Do not be deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, NOR HOMOSEXUALS.....shall inherit the kingdom of God" ...... And such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God". (I Corin. 6:9-11)
You can be set free from this demonic sin through the power of Jesus Christ. Many homosexuals have been completely set free to live a holy life through the power of Jesus Christ.
