" Now the Spirit speaks expressly that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils, speaking lies in hypocrisy..."(1Tim.4:1)
"There is a way that seems right to man, but the end thereof is death
But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who shall privately bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, bring swift destruction upon themselves". (2 Peter 2:1),
"Who is a liar but he that denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is anti-Christ, that denies the Father and the Son. He that denies the Son, the same has not the Father." (I John 2:22)
Jesus said: In the last days " many false prophets shall arise and deceive many".

I will try to keep this very short and speak in the simplest fashion. There is a passage in the Bible that states, "reader, pay attention" , "there is no reason to be decieved because all is written". This is referring to the warning of anti-christ, who is satan. He was once the protector of the Mercy Seat, this is where Christ sits in Heaven, but he was jealous, he wanted to be praised and worshipped, so he rebelled. Anyway, upon his return he will personify himself as Jesus Christ, he will profess things in the name of God, he will perform miracles in the sight of man. These things he does because he wants our worship, and he will be able to decieve many Christians, even wise and intelligent men.

An intelligent man would spell clever correctly the second time he used it...unless you meant to use the word referring to a knife used by a butcher...cleaver.
To answer your question....an intelligent man who lets his arrogance over ride his intelligence.
