You dont sound fat not to mention you are young too. However the Atkins diet I think works great on guys you should look it up and keep it strict my BF lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks on that diet, but results vary he is larger then you are you dont need to lose all that much. No breads or pastas no sugars only diet sodas and no veggies or fruits for a while just eggs bacon meat poultry and all the fattening stuff you can eat. Look it up on google youll be surprised how fast it works if you stick to it.

Reduce your daily calorie in take.
Do not consume more than 2160 calories per day.
164 minus 20 = 144 x 15 = 2160 calories.

JUMP ROPEING! lol, sounds like a silly little kid game, but no joke, it is AMAZING! i love to jump rope and it is working out great for my fatty belly and thighs...lol. i am 5'6 also, i weighed like 135 which is over for a girl, i lost 10 pounds so far. jump for like ten mins a day. i promise it wont hurt you to get up 15 min early each morrning to jump for 10...lol... have fun, and happy jumping to you!
