I have tried Hoodia from Desert Burn, which claims that their ZA 750™ IS THE ONLY AUTHENTIC 750mg SOUTH AFRICAN HOODIA GORDONII CAPSULE. Funny thing is, I got more hungry after taken these pills. I need to only lose about 20 pounds, but eating a lot of rice doesn't help. I need some kind of pills that will help me to eat less carb. products like rice, pasta, breads...which, so far, I've found almost impossible to avoid. I really need to lose 20 pounds as quickly as possible, without starving to death, ofcourse. What is the quickest way to achieve it? I have a very limited budget, so, I can't really go to one of those weight loss center like Jenny Craig.

I tried phendimetrazine...hope i spelled it right, but it worked really well and I kept the weight off for like over a year. I lost 10 pounds for the first week and a half. You can get this med. from you family doc, weight lost doc, or over the net. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg either. I know exactly how you feel. I needed to loose weight fast and without spending so much money. Just remember that ultimately it is a lifestyle change. In the end, we must exercise and eat right, but for right now this medicine will help put a little scoot in your boot...lol, and supress your apepetite.

In order to lose weight successfully, you must understand “Emotional Eating”.
Emotional Eating
Emotional Eating - using food to escape or to make yourself feel better.
Emotional eating means that you eat for some other reason than health or nutrition.
This sounds pretty innocent, but Emotional Eating is actually what makes you break
your diets. It's what makes you feel intense cravings for particular foods. It's what makes
you overeat. It causes food addiction. It's even responsible for binges and yoyo diets.
Chances are, if you've ever struggled to lose weight and failed, or regained weight
back after some success, you've struggled with Emotional Eating.
Common Signs of Emotional Eating:
1. I run to food for comfort and support during difficult times.
2. Life would be too difficult without my favorite foods.
3. I would be too depressed without sweets, chocolate, or snacks.
4. I need food to get rid of negative feelings or a bad day.
5. I feel guilty after eating but can’t always stop.
6. Food calms me down when I’m angry or frustrated.
7. When I’m lonely food makes me feel better.
8. Food is one of the only things that can keep me occupied when I’m bored.
9. I just love junk food and the feeling it gives.
10. When I hate my job, food gets me through the day when life gets too stressful.
We all have good reasons to control what we eat but we also have strong reasons to hold on to food as a source of comfort. It would be best that you visit your local library or book store and get any book on emotional eating and/or bingeing in order to understand the conflict within so that you can lose weight permanently and understand fully the motivations that fuel emotional eating.

P.S. Be very careful as you diet because you said that when you take the diet pills you become hungry. That hunger is your emotional need to eat because you are beginning to stress over not having your foods available. Don't get caught up in eating heavy/bingeing then dieting the next day, you will then need to lose more than 20 pounds when it is all over.

Try drinking 1 tbsp of a light olive oil twice a day. Don't eat for an hour before and after the oil. I've tried this, and it works if you do it right. It is kind of gross, but worth it.
