I think kids should be able to get them from the school councilor.

I think that condoms should be available in high schools... maybe in the nurse's office and/or in the gym. Passing out condoms does not promote promiscuous behavior. Many high school students are going to have sex whether condoms are available in school or not. However, if they can get condoms for free in school, they are much more likely to use them. It doesn't encourage them to have sex, but does encourage them to be protected if they do choose to have sex. If passing out condoms in school prevents one person from getting a disease or prevents one unwanted pregnancy, then it is worth it.

Sure, if a teen guy has a condom he'd be more likely to use it than to go out and have the embarrassment of buying them from a store. So yeah, it might be safer that way, but does it make it right that schools give them out at all? I don't think so. If you give them out, it condones sexual activity. And since this is high school we're talking about, those people are obviously much too young to be going there.

I think condoms should be available in high schools probably the nurses office, gym, and other key locations throughout the building. Young people are having sex and they need access to protection.

Hell to the yes! Come on we all know their doing it so why not protect them in the process so that there are less teenage pregancies, and STD's plus think about it if we dont help them now,9 times out of 10 us tax payers will support thier kids later.

i think that high school is when most people lose their virginity and it's cool and all if the school wants to help promote safe sex, but i think it's irrisponsible to pass out condoms to students.

I don't think schools should pass them out, but they definitely should talk about them during sex ed class.
If you're old enough to have sex you should be old enough to buy your own condoms. It's not the school's job to buy students birth control.

no longer all severe colleges bypass out condoms,it relies upon which college you bypass to. in case you like a condom in my college you will desire to ask the nurse, that's embarrassing,to a pair human beings.

I don't think it is the high school's job to actually give out the condoms but they should definately promote using condoms.

It couldn't hurt. Besides, better that they learn to use them now than never. I believe that it is better to have more students practicing safe sex than to have a few having unprotected sex.
