Ritz cracks with cheese, or sandwich peanut butter between 2 ritz crackers. Sliced fruits such as peaches, apples, pears. A bag of juicy grapes maybe? Peanut butter and Jelly sandwich. A bag of pretzles, chips or carrots w/ ranch sounds tasty!. Those f100% fruit snacks in the little bags are great.

For a drink perhaps a juicebox, bottle of orange juice/apple jucie. Freeze a water bottle and inthe morning take it out and wrap foil around it to keep it cool throughout the day. The ice will melt inside and you can have some yummy fresh cool water!

Hope I helped! Enjoy your lunch tommorrow!

Well, I have been in that situation before. My secret was always to prepare something the night before. Microwave it in the morning, and place it in a container that retains the heat.

Another thing I used to do was just to bring good old cereal and milk. You would not realize how much energy it gives you throughout the day. Something so simple yet so good.

One more possibility. Some companies make tuna salad, chicken salad, etc pre-made in containers. These are great things to have especially when in a rush.

How about a peanut butter and honey sandwich? Or carrot and celery sticks with something to dip them in and pair that up with crackers and cheese? Or you could take canned peaches and cottage cheese? You could take a tortilla and spread cream cheese on it, then fill it up with ham and cheese for a unique twist on those ham sandwiches. Another sandwich I really like is a tomato and mayonnaise sandwich. Hope that has given you a few good ideas.

I was going to also suggest making wraps with tortillas instead of bread. If you have a leftover chicken breast from dinner, put it in a food processor to make chicken salad (mix with mayo, nuts, and whatever you like).

You could also get one of those insulated soup containers and take some warm soup for lunch, or some chili and rice. That would be nice on a cold day.

you could make a salad & put loadsa good 'filling' stuff in it. lettuce, mushrooms, red capsicum, grated carrot, walnuts, you could even put sone lightly grilled chicken in it & do a potato salad on the side. All this can be eaten cold the next day. Take some salad cream or dressing to be added when you eat it. It is quick to prepare, you just chop it all up & throw it all together. Also grab a muesli bar & or yoghurt as your mornin tea.

Some ideas:

Grilled chicken with orange slices in a green salad
roast beef sandwiches with lettuce and tomato
hard boiled eggs
celery sticks and carrot sticks on the side
cookies or a brownie for dessert

Hummus and pita chips.....hummus is also good with vegetables like celery and carrots. very good and healthy too!! Pack a sandwich with avacado, lettuce, onion, tomato, hot peppers, and whatever other veggies ya like on it!!! Put it on a bread other than white bread....that won't do it justice.
Pack some fresh grapes too! They are always satisfying. Chips and salsa sounds good.
.......I thinkk I'm hungry.

Peanut butter and honey sandwich on whole wheat bread. Snack on yogurt and freshly cut fruit like melons or honeydew or pineapple.

Egg salad--yum, but bad after effects.

Peanut butter and jelly? Maybe 2 of those, they always take two to fill me up.

Any leftover chicken or pizza in the fridge? Those always taste good cold.
