I like pizza hot or cold. When I first get the pizza, I will eat a lot of it, but then I put the rest that I don't eat in the ice box and then the next morning I will eat it for breakfast...cold. Sometimes I will even heat it up later on in the day and eat it warm.

Cold...
1. Hot pizzas have a lot of the oils that float around on the surface which is kind of gross. At least with the cold pizza, the oils are reabsorbed into the pizza... which means I'm still getting all of the oily good stuff I paid for without is grossing me out.
2. When it's hot, it's hard to taste the toppings. The cold pizza is no problem tasting the toppings. In fact it allows the flavors to meld.
3. The toppings slide off of a hot pizza. On a cold pizza, the toppings stay on top of the pizza for every bite.

I like it hot when it is first made and cold for leftovers the next day.
