I've been one for 5 years now and life is pretty unbearable. The hillucinations and reality seam to mix to the point where I can't tell what is real or not. I think people are after me, but can't tell if it's hillucinations or not. Anyone else with schizo care to comment?

yea there are a lot of people like you out there the good news is there is help for you and medication DOES work most of the time so hang in there and see a doctor and tell him everything

I'm not schizophrenic, but I am bipolar type I, severe. At times, my hallucinations and reality blend together the same way. I also know what you mean about the paranoia. I was originally diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder. Just so you know, you're not alone.
