please stop being paranoid - you'll create the problem by dwelling on it-see a doc ( that 's up your lane) ask for a referral to a councellor or phycologist- it doesn't mean you are crazy- it means you need to discuss some fears with someone who is not going to judge you, this way you can have a sort of friend help you find out why you worry about such things, it could be a child hood experience or fear of not being perfect, you may need to boost your own confidence and a phycologist can help show you how to do this, all they do is listen and offer advise ( the same as what i'm doing now) so don't fear it, it may solve your problem, what you should fear is continuing on with these anxieties that may develop into MAJOR things as compulsive disorders or fear of leaving the house- think about it- what could be worse -talking to some one for an hour a week for 5- 10 weeks or living in a permanent nightmare forever- Your choice!

Sounds like you might have a touch of OCD obsessive compulsive disorder. Go to a psychiatrist and they can help with medication or give you a proper diagnosis and treatment. The up side is that you at least recognize something isn't quite right and might be able to tell yourself to relax.

See your doctor, and get a referral to see a psychotherapist, and maybe some anxiety meds. You may have something mentally causing this.
