No. You won't get fat. Water has no calories. If you feel sick/nauseated...then you've drank too much at once. But if you feel fine...then it's okay. Drinking that much water can flush all of the bad stuff out of you anyway. No worries. Have a good day. :)

NO! There is no fat or calories in water.

Why did you drink so much? There are illnesses which cause a person to drink too much. Did you force yourself to drink 20 cups or did you feel as if you had to drink? Either way, it's a problem. You can totally throw off your electrolyte levels (salt and other things the body needs) by drinking so much and lead to serious health complications such as heart problems.

Water wont make you fat, unless if you were drinking water with added artificial sugar / creamer, like coffee, tea, carbonated drinks, etc.
Good ol' plain water wont make you fat.
Most is, you'll use the toilet more often.
It's a good thing too, to expel toxins from your body and to reduce water retention.
For your info, water retention only happens when your body thinks that you're not getting enough water, so it retains water in the body. To make the body think that it doesn't need to store water, you must keep yourself hydrated and drink more water, not ALL at once, but throughout the day.

A lot of water is really bad and you could die. But a minimum of 8 glasses is recommended. You are very well on top of keeping your body hydrated. So, no you wont get fat

No, water has no calories! You'll definitely weigh more for a while (water's heavy), but then you'll pee it out. But seriously, 20 cups is a wee bit much, don't you think? That might even be harmful for your kidneys. Stick to between 8 and 10 and you'll be good to go.

IS THERE FAT IN WATER? Ummmm, no. Drinking lots of water actually helps you lose weight. Contrary to what some people think, we get "bloated" and have "water weight" we we don't drink ENOUGH water...our bodies are trying to store it up b/c we arent taking enough in. Drink tons, and you wont retain water anymore.

Nope you won't get fat, but you can overdo water. It's called water intoxication, it causes your sodium to drop to dangerous levels. So, drink 60 - 80 oz a day and you should be good.
