When you are in heaven, you have no feelings of sadness. You understand things you were previously unable to understand, which caused you to mourn. You understand that there is no concept of time and what was 1,000 years on Earth is like the blink of an eye. You understand that all of your loved ones will eventually be with you. You are in a constant state of bliss when you are in heaven and understand God's plan and God's order, therefore there is no reason for sadness or mourning.

Heaven is a mystery that we will not really know until and if we actually get there.
I don't believe that god will take away mourning or any thing really.
But it might be more like if you are mourning and grieving .. and I threw you tomorrow into Lake Superior
.. you instantly will have OTHER priorities.
Heaven we are told is a place of completion and a place of new beginning.
We are told that we will be in the presence of god, in the presence of angels and because time is to run differently there we will be soon if not instantaneously in the presence of the Saints and those we had lost.
and although we might mourn the loss of earthly existence .. heaven is supposed to be better.
(there is some debate on if people are in heaven "now" or are they in heaven at some future rising date. the former is more popular culture and I think correct, the later is more theologically correct.)

Probably because when we get to Heaven, there will be no reason to mourn. The only thing that there is going to be in Heaven is happiness, peace, and eternal joy. All the things that you may think that you have to mourn over when you get to Heaven will be completely erased from your mind. You will not remember the things or people down here that you may have to mourn over. Every thought which would ever bring mourning to your soul will be erased completely from your mind. If you have loved ones who do not accept Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord of their life while they are on the earth, and do not make it to Heaven, will be completely erased from your mind. Heaven is not going to be a place of disappointment and unhappiness; but a place of eternal rest and comfort in every way.

I think you have misinterpreted the meaning:
Revelation 7:17 for the Lamb in the center of the throne shall be their shepherd, and shall guide them to springs of the water of life; and God shall wipe every tear from their eyes."
and
Revelation 21:4 and He shall wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there shall no longer be any death; there shall no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away."
How could we mourn when we are in the presence of the Holy God, who loved us so much?
John 3:16
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life."
Standing and worshipping in the presence of the glory of God, in Heaven, mourn? How could you mourn? What could possibly over power the glory of God that you should mourn?

It's not a right. It's an "earthly" emotion to deal with pain and suffering none of which will exist in Heaven when all is said and done.

God doesn't want us to have sorrow when we go to heaven only supreme happiness. Why do you want to mourn when you can do nothing about it?

The Bible refer to the peace that surpasses all understanding. Gods love binds up and heals the brokenheart.
(Rev 21:4) And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

He doesn't. You will not want to mourn. You will be in the prescience of the Almighty God, whom words cannot describe. It is a mystery that we can never fully understand.

I don't think it is like that. I think it's kind of a different reality there and mourning is just not there.
Peace!
