Get checked for ear infection, pregnancy or a virus. It sounds like a middle ear infection. Do you off balance at times? That would mean you equal Librium is off. If you're feeling queasy also it might one of the other issues. Go to the doctor & tell of everything you're feeling.

In almost all cases, vertigo (dizziness) is due to some disturbance or disorder of the balancing mechanism situated in the inner ear. Thus, dizziness can be produced by any ear disorder, such as wax in the ear, Perforation of the eardrum, blockage of the ear canal or eustachian tube, all forms of Otis media, and Meniere's syndrome.

I know this all sound like a lot, but there is more. Eyestrain and glaucoma will occasionally cause dizziness. Poisoning from overdose, sensitivity to alcohol, salicylates, quinine, medication designed to lower blood pressure, opium, and nicotine may cause loss of equilibrium.

High or low Blood pressure, heart failure, stroke, and senility are frequent causes of dizziness. However, despite of its many causes, if dizziness persists or interferes with your daily activities, or you begin to experience any new symptom e.g. confusion, weakness, fainting rapid pulse or breathing, there is no doubt, you should see a doctor.

Either a lack of food or maybe you are too low on sugar? Make an appointment to see your doctor, dizzyness are symptoms of many possible reasons and some as serious as a stroke or diabetes. So make the call soon

Could be a virus but please let your parents know what's going on as well and also your doctor so that they can evaluate this situation further to see what they think is going on because of the heavy breathing.

You sound like you're coming down with something, maybe flu. Or- I hate to sound like Chicken Little, but you might want to get tested for e.coli if you've eaten any raw vegetables lately.

Do you have a gas leak at home or at work maybe carbon monoxide poisoning. If either of these is a possibility, you should call your power company or gas company right away.
