On any exposed wood you can find. I'm in the same spot, aluminum windows, stucco sides. At least I have a pitched roof so have eaves, soffits and gutters.
You know there is wood around each window but you have to go thru the stucco to find it. Use a small, small drill bit to find it.

i don't think of you will carry close something effectively with out putting hollow interior the partitions. I basically got here upon those hooks called Hercules hooks. They pass away an exceedingly tiny, rather repairable hollow interior the wall and would put off to one hundred twenty five pounds of weight. it is not an commercial, basically a guideline.

walmart or somewhere equivalent and get a package of these little plastic things made especially made for hanging up lights outside your house. they make ones for the gutters, and windows. they work really well. you just slide the plastic piece under the siding, window, etc. and the other side is a hook for the lights.

3M picture holders are great. They can support alot, just not sure about the rain or snow, if you get any of either.
