im looking to get cut this season in time for spring/summer. is there any place i can go to get a personal trainer? are personal trainers expensive? if so what kind of price would i be looking at?

Personal Trainers are great and worth the money. At my gym, it costs $175 for 5 1-hour sessions. However, I'm sure prices vary based on the gym. I worked out with a personal trainer for a month or two, though, and that was perfect for knowing what I was doing when working out.

I found a martial arts studio what offers tae bo by a guy trained by biily blanks...he offers nutrition and diet counseling and 9 meetings per week too. Sound expensive?
How about 54 per month with NO CONTRACT...I am in LA, CA too!
I get personal attention, diet, exercise, counseling and weight training personalized to me...I thought the guy meant $50 per session and still thought it was cheap!!! If you are in LA and want to know more, I will share that info if you ask me...write2kimberlymueller@yahoo.com.
