She looks at you when you are not talking? Would you look at someone you didn't like? Not more than once anyway. Yes she likes you. She can't understand how come you don't know that. She's been giving you hints and they just go right over your head. Ask her out already.

You could ask her in a joking way:"Do you like me? As a friend?"
