I get the pain in my stomach and it shoots through to my back. I start to throw up and it doesn't stop (it can go on for at least one week). I have lost between 20-30 lbs. The doctor has run all kinds of test endoscopy, colonoscopy, upper GI , checked the pancreas, liver. The test are all good. They just cant explain this vomitting and pain. Has anyone else experienced this? & how was it treated?

Yes, I had this as well after I had mine removed. You need to go to your doctor and demand a drug called questran. your vomiting is caused bu too much bile, thequestran binds with the bile. I suspect you also have diarrhea, Questran also helps with this, Its a godsend. You are losingweight because the foods you eat don't get a chance to be absorbed into your bloodstream through your bowel walls, Go get checked for red blood count as count is low, this means that your intestine has been abraded by the bile and itis getting into your bloodstream, Bile destroys fats, which red cells are full of, Good luck
