Definately take it slow and easy, and try using plenty of lube. Make sure you are not too tense, being tense can cause you to tighten up even more. I know thats easier said than done considering this will be your first initial time to have sex but try making sure your as relaxed as possible ok. You can get on a message board on Wondir.com and see questions people have asked as well as ask questions. Good luck to you! :o)

Well I sure hope you guys are in a serious relationship. Nothing is more important than having your first time be with someone you truly and honestly care about. I would encourage fore play because it helps get you in the mood. Allow the first time to be very romantic light candles etc. Be gentle and patient in the process take it slow. extra tip KY might help do the trick as well.

Umm... it's gonna at least be uncomfortable the first time, and it might hurt, but if you get past that, it's fine. You don't have to have all of him in you... most guys are between 5 and 7 inches, and girls are between 3 and 5 inches. So just go with it, see what happens. If it's still a problem, see a doctor.

if you don't use tampons yet starts it helps stretch your hyman...try using something smaller first to stretch the hole a little....i had the same problem with my boyfriend finally i just had to bite something and let him do it even though it hurt so much just to get it over with for the first time. I alo found that it was a lot easier on me if i was on top and RELAXED that's the key the more relaxed you are the better. Tight muscles make it even more painful.

There should not be pain. Have you tried using vaginal moisturizers (such as K-Y jelly)? A doctor can give you inserts (that increase in size) that stretches the vagina.

well you gotta break the barrier. tell your man to just f*ck you, and don't let you stop. there will be that little bit of pain, just go through it and get over it. also, you need to have enough moisture to make it all go smoothly. plenty of foreplay will aid in that. you could also have him use his hands to make you a bit wider. anyway. good luck.
