My hair is about 2 inches below my shoulders.
I want to get it cut.
I was thinking of dying the tips, also.
But idk what colour would look best.
I'm not that tan. And i have DARK brown hair.
Which would look best, red, or blonde tips?

I have side swept bangs.

i personally dont like colord tips because it looks cheep but if i had to choose one i would say blonde would look best... red and brown would be like a clash. i dont know for sure how to get it cut u need to discribe some more

Probably if you go for blonde don't go white unless you want to stand stand stand out. It is better more of a beigy blonde. I really think that looks way cooler than red, red on tips sometimes looks like you screwed up with the bleach in a do-it-yourself kit. But remember, go for what YOU want. Maybe ask them to cut your hair with a razor... gives your hair a way sharper look, more choppy.

I would not change both color and cut at the same time. If you go with some new and different color keep your cut the same. Seek professional help! They can give you a range of high and lowlights that will match with your hair and skin tones.

get it cut a few inches from your shoulders, and dye the tips blonde. That would be such a CUTE hairstyle!

but you should try having side bangs if you have them already or not because side bangs will look cute with layered hair.
but i depends if you hair is curly,striaght,thin,or thick. But straight layered hair with side bangs are cute dont try red, try dark/navy blue or light brown those will look cute.
