OMG - I ask myself and I ask my wife that very same question, nearly every single day. It's totally amazing how some people can get through life being so totally stupid. But then again, they say ignorance is bliss - they're probably right !!!

No one knows everything. You may know how to work on a motor . I know how to milk a cow. You may know how to wire a house and I know how to raise a baby.
Just because they are ignorant of how to do something doesn't make them stupid. One more thing...some people have lived sheltered or simple lives away from the hustle of the big city. Perhaps home schooling and no tv keeps some in the dark.
But, to call them stupid is kind of unfair.

as a manager of an auditing department, i can explain why. While it is true that God gave us all a brain, we dont all possess the willpower to train it, making it run slower and more illogical. Now the confident people also have a tendency to think for themselves. WHich is good, they can think if youre not around to tell them what to do. Now the ill confident people are the ones who never get ahead and always end up working under someone, not for sumone. they are always used to taking orders and not knowing what to do. SO should someone not tell them what to do, they'll never have the initiative to get up and go for it.

People only appear to be stupid when you're feeling low or upset to the furthest limits.. exactly like the way you see the world, if you're happy u see everything great..
another option is that you either don't trust people enough.. or you havent spent time with people that are really smart!
so they're stupid for 3 reasons:
- u're the one feeling upset,or mad at them
- you dont trust them enough
- u haven't found anyone yet that is smart! so keep lookin

Because some people just haven't learned enough, and others weren't paying attention when they learned it. Others, I find, simply voice all the stupid questions most of us keep in our heads 'til they're solved.
But yeah, I want to know that too.

That is life ! if everyone is clever and smart then this is not a world at all. You need the balances, not only this. The rich and poor, ugly and nice, bad and good ; etc.
