Oh your screwed they are a scam site and you will have to pay them to "cancel" their service your only options are to pay or reformat and reinstall your software. I read it in a maximum pc magazine they said that site installs by merely visiting their site or one from their affiliate if you contact them they will tell you that by vistiting this site you entered into a contract and are now a member and the only way to remove popup would be to pay the fee to terminate membership.... sorry
