I've tried to calculate it myself but the numbers I come up with seem wrong. Can you help?

Your maximum heart rate is calculated by subtracting your age from 220. So currently your max heart rate is 191. Now use that number to calculate your target heart rate. For fat loss your target heart rate is 60 to 70 percent of 191. For cardio training your target heart rate is 70 to 85 percent.
